P- Perfect is replacing E- Ego.
Enemy of want is greed, peace brings wants.
Peace is always there if we eliminate all unwanted elements.
Every one says I WANT PEACE. Just strike of 
I n WANT.
Ego depreciates the Peace. U'll get d PEACE...

EGO....Lets have a look on it...
EGO CORNERS. 1.INDIVIDUAL EGO -
a.Male ego leads to destruction.
b.Female ego leads to diversification.
c.Leadership ego leads to deafness.
d.Follower ego leads to blindness.
2.INSTIGATED EGO - hato nahi pann koi ae bhadko karyo.
3.INFLATED EGO - I cannot fail - belongs to egoistic nature.
4.INFLAMMABLE EGO.
EGO CULTURES
ABCD....
1.ARROGANCE
2.BOASTING
3.CLAIMING
4.DEFAMING.
-Karvaanu kaai nahi but bolvaanu bohu badhu.
-Claiming - Maine toh bola tha na..!!
-Defamation - Defaming competitors.
Ego clash --- Ego blast.
Je fu le chhe ae fu te chhe.
Koi diwas fulvaanu nahi ae vastu rotli thi sikhvaanu.
POWERS OF EGO - Ego can never come up without Power.
1.POLITICAL POWER. 2.PHYSICAL POWER. 3.FINANCIAL POWER.
-Ego never comes alone.
Eg: of a blind person.
Blind person never comes alone & Ego is blind.
Ego comes with loss which cannot be seen because its blind.
EGO CAUTIONS -
1.FACE VALUE - Don't turn egoistic on parents, teachers, guidors on their face.
2.NUISANCE VALUE - Don't get egoistic on Nuisance value. Better not to be egoistic on nuisance ppl. Where results are gonna be bad dont be egoistic.
3.OBSERVING RESULTS - When ego is coming out 1st analyse the results of ego.
"I am ready to reply but not apply".
"Taking initiative is a big solution to eradicate EGO".
Ego makes you loose opportunities.
We focus on problems but they focus on solutions.
The above point was in relation to an example how US reacted when their astronauts experienced that they could not write in space due to law of gravity with a pen WHEREAS Russia was happy as their astronauts used pencil in space to make notes of their experience.
Focussing on solution is very important.
-Aandhlaa no haath badha pakde pann ahankaari no haath koi na pakde.
-If I envy on what others have & I be proud on what I have is an ego personality.
4. PHILOSOPHY & KEEPING HIGH IDEALS -
- Keep high ideals with a philosophical track.
5.NATURE - Don't get ego in your nature.
Inbuilt quality of not being egoistic should be there in your nature.
-Person who gets satisfaction by name is lacking self- satisfaction.
Eg: of 2 persons Sachin Pawle & Sujit Sawant was given who had saved lives of thousands of people in Konkan in Nov'14 2nd last-last week when they saw a rail fracture & had ran towards the train into the tunnel without thinking of their lives.
Eventually bringing d train to a halt.
These guys didn't require motivation at that time rather were inspired.
Difference between motivation & inspiration.
Motivation - Comes from outside.
Inspiration - Comes from within.
EGO CURE -
1.REAL SELF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT -
Knowing what you don't know is real knowledge.
When someone asks you about knowledge answer in a way that you don't have this knowledge in a humble way.
Knowing your own self ignorance
(Mane su nathi aavadtu).
2.LOOKING BEYOND YOURSELF -
Author of book saying that I am not the author.
Eg: Yashovijayji Jainacharya who lived approx. 300 years back & was a master in writing scriptures in Jainism had done the same thing then.
3.TAKE IT EASY -
Karta pehla bolo ae confidence & karya pachhi bole aene Ego kehvaay.
When you get appreciation & criticism how you receive it is what shows how you are?
4.STRIKING YOUR SPIRITUAL QUOTIENT.
5.FOLLOW TRADITIONAL PRACTICES/VALUES.
6.KEEPING STOP LOSS.
Last but not d least.
LIVE YOUR LIFE 4 ENLIGHTENMENT PURPOSE & NOT 4 NJOYMNT PURPOSE.
