US ka koi aadmi tha jo Pacific ocean mein sehalgaah ke liye nikla, 60 din ke liye ek chhoti si boat mein nikal pada. Peene ke liye paani nahi tha. Paani ke beech mein reh ke bhi samundar ka paani nahi pee sakta tha. Ghumte ghumte Europe pohcha. Baad mein usne ek book likhi thi - "60 days in Pacific."
Jahaa usne likha tha ki
Just if I had a piece of bread & a glass of water toh aur achhi tarah teek jaata.

Yeh kab pata chala usse..? Jab woh Pacific mein aaya aur sehalgaah ki tab pata chala.

4) Efforts - Jabhi efforts daalte hai par expectation ke hisaab se result nahi aaya toh dukh hota hai. Eg of a CA student who puts in all his efforts & gives sacrifices. But fails in exams.

5) Relations - Jab achha relations hota hai tabhi expectations hota hai par agar expected result nahi mila toh dukhi hote hai.

Ek husband-wife ke relation mein jabhi wife ko lagta hai kya office mein bhi office ka kaam aur gharpe bhi aake office ka kaam leke aaye hai husband. Toh mere liye time kab..?

Aur husband ko lagta hai abhi mandi hai, time hai, energy hai, enthusiasm hai, expansion karne ki taakat hai dhandhe mein toh wife itna nahi samaj sakti.
Puri life saath mein hi hai na toh do saal ke liye samaj nahi sakti wife.

Aaj ki ladki ko 1 partner, 2 achhe dost, 3 week ka holiday, 4 paaiyo waali BMW, 5 room waala penthouse aur 6 digit monthly salary waala chahiye.

Eg of 15-20 taxi waala not waiting for u par woh Pink t-shirt waala friend jiss ke paas bike hai par woh nahi ruka toh expectation ke hisaab se nahi hua toh aapko dukh hota hai.
Kyu ki hum expect karte hai ki dost hai, building mein rehta hai, bike pe ek seat khaali hai par fir bhi nahi bithaaya aur le gaya.

"DON'T EXPECT AGAR SUKHI HONA HAI TOH....!!"

Ek aadmi jabhi sant ke paas hit-shiksha lene aaya Delhi mein.

Jayghoshsurishwarji Maharaja ne yeh jo UNEXPECTED kaam mujhe saupa tha par mere liye toh yeh kaam UNEXPECTED tha.

Eg of Bahaadmantri. Kumarpaal Maharaja ke mantri they. 1220-25 AD mein jabhi Palitana mein upar jirnodhaar hua tha woh bahaadmantri ne karodo rupye kharch kar ke karvaaya tha.
Ek din ek aadmi sirf bataaya ki jirnodhaar ho chuka hai tabhi unhone prasannit ho ke woh aadmi ko paise diye they.
Thode dino baad uss aadmi ne waapis bataaya ki ek kharaab samachar hai - derasar ki shilaa ein hil gayi hai Hawa ke dabaan ke wajah se.

Eg of Truptiben of Andheri & experience of her Mom when her sister was diagnosed with diphtheria & she had gone to hospital.
Trainee doctor by mistake had given an injection to her mom instead of her sister.
Her mom started vomiting during night aur unki haalat bohot hi naazuk ho gayi thi.
When senior doctor visited & came to know that because of trainee doctor this has happened. He suspended him but trainee cried & begged for his mistake & requested not to dismiss him as he was from a poor family. Her mom requested the doctor not to suspend the trainee. Doctor said Aapka kuch lagta rehga tabhi aap aisa bolte ho, par main dusre patients ko risk mein nahi daal sakta.
Her mom said he has said sorry for his mistake & it was not intentional hence please keep him as it is a question of his career as well.
Doctor later obliged.
Can you even think of such a compassionate nature after all she was a mother. It was totally unexpected what had happened but still.

Eg of a Aunty - whose chain was stolen, she prayed to God that Bhagwan mein expect nahi karti aur jaanti hu ki chain mujhe waapis nahi milne waali hai par uss ladke ke liye itna praarthana karti hu ki usko aise aashirwaad do ki yeh last chori ho uski life ki aur woh achhe raaste pe aa jaaye.

Eg of Mehul whose hand had to be cut-off when during earthquake entire building had fallen down & he was under the debris. He was in unbearable pain could not even move his hand a bit. Soldiers who had come for rescue told that right hand kaatna padega aur koi ilaaj nahi hai.

Eg of a person of Virar. When they had gone to Mall for shopping & in parking lot when a truck was taking reverse iron rods passed through his body in car as he was not alert.
For entire life he has become bedridden with a wife & a daughter. Wife still has stayed through tough times cause she understood the difference that yeh Unexpected cheez hui hai unke pati ke saath. Karmasatta ruthi hai.

Unhone achha jawaab diya ki agar mein react karta toh jo thoda bhi yaad tha list ke baare mein woh bhi bhul jaata.

When there is a problem, if you react then you won't get solution.
